Biochemical Maniac (Lei) has always wanted to dominate the Earth, but was limited by Superman's (Hu Xin) powerful superpowers.

So Bio-maniac hides for years in order to develop a virus that can wipe out all mankind.

When the virus was developed, Superman also happened to find him, without Superman knowing it.

When they fought, Bio-Maniac was beaten by Superman and was unable to defend himself.

The Bio-Maniac had to tell Superman that the virus had leaked and that he would have to tie his hands to stop it.

Undaunted, Superman began to endure the Bio-Maniac's heavy blows; after all, normal attacks are nothing to Superman.

However, the Bio-Maniac puts the kryptonite into his gloves and delivers another heavy blow.

It is now that Superman's physique, will suffer extreme and complete destruction ......!
